A large double room available in a clean, quiet house furnished to a very high standard. Property is less than 2 mins walk to a bus stop and the bus takes you to the town centre/station in less than 10mins. There is: - free parking - 1 minute walk to bus stop - 10 mins to Basildon Town centre and Pitsea stations by bus and less than 5 mins when driving - Texco extra, lidl and aldi are 15 mins walk - Pitsea market is 20 mins walk - KFC, McDonald's and other eateries are nearby. Properly has been furnished to a very high standard and is extremely neat. You will only share communal areas with one person. Kitchen is well-equipped and has all you need to make a meal. It also has a breakfast bar with bar stools. Garden is well maintained and has garden chairs.
