The property is larger than it looks from the front. It is 5mins walk from Prestwick Main Street with all its shops, restaurants etc. it is a 15 min. Walk to the beach and 20mins. walk to the airport. The bedrooms are to the back are very spacious and quiet. One bedroom is on the ground floor (the Garden Room) and one upstairs (the Blue Room). The house is kept to an excellent standard and is hygienically cleaned by myself. There is a beautiful, south facing enclosed garden.
I am recently retired and enjoy gardening, reading, socialising and walking with our two well behaved Border Terriers.
The neighbourhood is quiet with different house types and we are lucky to have lovely neighbours. We are near to all the attractions Prestwick has to offer.
