A newly renovated 1st floor apartment with stunning views of the sea across the bay towards Arnside & Morecambe. The Living room is modern & open plan with a kitchen & breakfast bar as well as a dining table too. The sunrises from the living room are the best you will see I’m sure! There are Patio doors that open inwards in the lounge with a Juliet balcony so that you can fully take in the breathtaking views. Both bedrooms are contemporary and finished to a high standard. The bathroom is brand new with a shower over the bath. A large private gated garden with outdoor furniture and also 2 sunloungers for relaxing on. There are walks on your doorstep. Cartmel is only 2 miles away and there is a racecourse there too, so check out their race days. A walk up to Hampsfell Hospice from the property is a fab walk and the views when up there are amazing! There is a golf course only half a mile away on Grange Fell Rd and another one down near The town. The Victorian train station is only half a mile away where you can hop on to Arnside (only 6 mins)and walk up Arnside Knott, or to Ulverston for shopping and more walks. The train also goes up to Ravenglass and down to Manchester.
I love hiking in The Lakes, meeting new people and learning new languages. I like hosting as I want people to experience the beauty of the place and know how relaxing and peaceful it is along with the ever changing views of the sea and sand as the tide comes in & out.
Grange is a pleasant bustling little town with a mile long promenade. Lots of individual shops, cafes and restaurants Cartmel is only 2 miles away with its Michelin starred restaurant and Cartmel Race Course. Lake Windermere is only 10 mins drive away .
