Absolutely stunning Shepherds Hut in the most beautiful location! You can see the craftmanship and skill that has gone into building the hut, all made with real, local wood by a local carpenter. So many little details that make it feel like a home...

Perched at the foot of Tre'r Ceiri, on the outskirts of the village Llanaelhaearn enjoying special mountain, sea and countryside views. A beautifully crafted camping pod with modern amenities, private en-suite bathroom and private parking. (Please also view our sister hut - Pod Ceiri - for quality assurance) The location of the village makes it an ideal spot to access the whole of the Llyn Peninsula to the west, Caernarfon and Anglesey to the North and Snowdonia National Park to the east.
Professional economist and farmer. Enjoy my family and animals especially my dog Gel. Pastime is mainly rebuilding old cars - just finished an MGB GT and now about to rebuild a Volvo P1800 (the Saint car).
Llanaelhaearn is a small village situated on the main road between Caernarfon and Pwllheli. It is perched at the foot of the mountain Tre'r Ceiri, to which it hosts one of the best preserved and most densely occupied hillforts in Britain, its stone ramparts surviving in places to near full height and enclosing over 150 visible stone houses. The location of the village makes it an ideal spot to access the whole of the Llyn Peninsula to the west, Caernarfon and Anglesey to the North and Snowdonia National Park to the east. If you just wanted to stay local, there are some stunning walks directly accessible from the pod. There is a local bus service in the village. The number 12 bus will take you to Pwllheli in one direction or on to Caernarfon in the opposite direction. Local taxi firms are limited but there will be further information in the welcome pack.
