We have been cleaning holiday lets for 4 years now. After doing our market research over those 4 years we decided to start offering full management to our existing cleaning customers. We now have several properties on board and we are continuing to grow. Although we are a buisness every property and guest gets the personal experience from our 2 man team.

The Old Auction Rooms was built in 1765 and originated as a theatre, giving it a unique feel. The location offers the convenience of a central position in town whilst still remaining peaceful and private.'The loft' is one of the five apartments that makes up the Old Auction Rooms. The apartment is set out on one floor and offers an open plan living space that provides a great environment to spend time with your family and unwind. Roof-top views look out over the famous Whitby Abbey. The Loft offers and open plan living space with kitchen, dining and lounge area sharing a large space. There is 3 bathrooms 2 of which offer wet room showers and 1 with a full bath. There is one bedroom with a double bedroom and en suite wet room with toilet. There is also a twin bedroom with 2 single beds. Guests have access to the whole property. Please note The Loft living space is at the top of two steep flights of stairs and is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.
