Secluded spot on a private plot with garden and space for 2 cars on an amazing Parkdean site, Southview. Large decking to side with outside furniture. Plus additional decking at front which can be accessed through the lounge. Caravan is a 2023 model so very new. Fitted with integrated appliances. Double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, open plan living area and 2 toilets. Very close to shop, pub, pool, gym, crazy golf, and all of the other actives available on a Parkdean site. I do not provide passes or be able to book your activities.
