Beautiful property finished to an exceptionally high standard. Extra touches such as breakfast items and toiletries were so thoughtful. Very comfortable beds too. We were sad to leave!

Location was perfect to wedding venue. Breakfast was good, but not for coeliac- if don't remember seeing an option to add this upon booking. Property itself is beautiful, furniture goes well in the cottage. Beds were also comfy.

One Abbey Lane
The property is stylish and luxurious, yet still comfortable and cosy. High quality furnishings and fittings throughout, high spec technology including sonos sound system in every room (and an Ipad to operate it), superfast free wifi, large TVs, luxurious toiletries - a real home from home. Each of the en-suite three bedrooms has its own unique character thanks to the many original features of the house. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor. The property has been lovingly restored and is one of the oldest buildings in Southam. The history adds to the special atmosphere.
We are just down the road and here to help if you need us. We grew up in the area so have lots of information and recommendations to share if you want them!
7 Abbey Lane sits in the heart of the conservation area in one of the oldest parts of Southam. Southam itself is an historic market town, mentioned in the Domesday book. Southam grew up on the intersection of the Coventry to Oxford rd and the Drovers road 'Welsh Road'. Later it found itself at the centre of the canal network. There are lots of lovely walks from the town - and pubs along them! Just a short drive from Warwick, Stratford, Leamington and the Cotswolds there is plenty to explore!
