This property has fantastic 180 degree, panoramic views over the Torridge estuary from both the lounge and the master bedroom. However as the property has an elevated position on the estuary and two Juliette balconies it is not suitable for wheelchair users, those with mobility issues and young children. Due to the unusual historic nature of this property, all guests are asked to consider others and be mindful of excess noise in the building especially during night time hours. Smoking, vaping and the use of candles/tea lights are not permitted in the building. There are steps to the property. This first floor apartment, with views over the estuary, is the ideal holiday base from which to explore this stunning location.. 16 steps to entrance, with handrails. All on the third floor. Open plan living space. Living area: With 45" Smart HD TV, DVD player with a selection of DVDs and Juliet balcony. Dining area. Kitchen area: With electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Bedroom 1: With kingsize bed, 65" Freeview Smart HD TV, DVD player, Juliet balcony and en-suite with shower cubicle, toilet and tiled floor. Bedroom 2: With double bed. Bathroom: With shower over bath, toilet and tiled floor. . Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack.
