Caroline and Andy will warmly invite you into their home, They live by the mantra that 'you arrive as guests, but leave as friends'. With our knowledge of the local area, we will happily recommend places for guests to visit and enjoy. We love to get out explore and sample all the wonderful things that the local area has to offer and happily will pass information to guests. We moved here for the beauty, calmness and a complete change of lifestyle. Do we regret it - ABSOLUTELY NOT.

South Beach B&B is a beautifully maintained detached late Victorian property, a stone's throw from an the award winning South Beach. It provides seven immaculate bedrooms all with their own en-suite bathrooms, with the added provision of free toiletries, free refreshments and free super fast wi-fi. Free unrestricted on street parking is available in the immediate vicinity on a one way street. We will go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable and relaxing - A restful nights sleep, followed in the morning (hopefully by a fantastic sunrise), by a home cooked breakfast that will set you up for a day doing whatever your heart desires.

Located in Lowestoft - the most easterly point of the UK, across from the award winning South Beach and just down the road from the beautiful Kensington Gardens. South Beach B&B is ideally located as a fantastic base to explore all the attractions that Suffolk and Norfolk has to offer. From restaurants to stunning beach walks to local theatres, the area offers everything you could wish for from a short break or a longer excursion. Come and visit, you will be pleasantly surprised.
