Perfectly situated on Clarence Parade. Ideal location for Victorious festival, the Great South Run, and other events on Southsea Common and the Seafront. From the front door, you'll be just steps away from the seafront, dining, entertainment and just a short walk to all of the best that Southsea and Portsmouth has to offer. Featuring two spacious double bedrooms and a generous living room, this apartment has plenty of room for you unwind, dine and relax. The modern fitted kitchen features the latest appliances and is well equipped making it the perfect place to whip up a delicious meal. The kitchen and bathroom are both newly installed and modern. The living room is a lovely social area that has a couple of sofas and a smart internet enabled TV, it is the perfect place for friends and families to chill. This is an ideal base for couples, families or short term holiday makers wanting to be based in a seaside location but with all the amenities of a city location. A few things to note: - Free parking is available on-street (via permits we provide). - A cot and high-chair are available by request in advance. The apartment is located on the second floor, this property is not suitable for anyone who is unable to climb steps. A lift is often (but not always) available but there are 10-12 steps to access this. Guests are required to complete an online check-in form at least 24 hours before arrival. Details (including photo ID) for all guests aged 16 or over will be required. Bookings will be terminated without refund should the house rules be broken: -Please note that parties are not allowed. -Candles (or other naked flames or pyrotechnics) are not allowed and the apartment is linked to the buildings fire alarm system. -Please do not smoke in the property, a damage fee will also be charged. -Please check-out on time. A late check-out fee will be charged if you are more than 15 mins late, and a further fee for every half hour you are late after that.
The location is fantastic, the beach is only 5 mins walk. Numerous independent bars and restaurants are within 5 mins walk.
