Balmoral House is a stunning spacious family home located in Peterlee near the A19, a great location for exploring nearby cities of Durham, Newcastle and Sunderland. Brand new to the market, this modern home has 3 front rooms, 3 double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in one of the front rooms. The property is located at the end of a Cul de sac offering sizeable secluded front and back garden areas. It has easy access to the famous Castle Dene Nature Reserve for a peaceful countryside walk.
