The property, comprising two distinct lets within the building, is not only a business venture but also our residence, where we share our abode with our family and two canine companions. In October 2021, my husband (James) and I (Sam) assumed ownership of this venerable property. Since our acquisition, we have had the pleasure of welcoming a diverse array of guests, each hailing from unique walks of life. This South Erradale gem, located on the outskirts of Gairloch, provides a peaceful retreat, making it an ideal haven for families or couples exploring the area. Be captivated by the beauty of the Northern Lights during winter, creating an outstanding spectacle against the perfect dark skies, ideal for avid star gazers. The apartment features a twin room, double room, and a king-size room with an additional single bed, each equipped with its own en-suite. The fully equipped kitchen ensures you have everything you need for a home-away-from-home experience. The expansive lounge area offers two large and comfortable leather sofas, providing the perfect setting for cozy moments. The heating, managed by a Nest system, operates from 6:30 am to 11 pm. While we can't provide overnight heating, your comfort is our priority throughout the day.
