Very spacious, second floor flat with large kitchen, sitting room, dining area, bathroom, balcony and free off-street parking. 15 mins walk from the Wimbledon tennis championships, 3 mins walk from Southfields tube station (on the District line in Zone 3) and a number of lovely restaurants and cafes. Both bedrooms are a very good size with double beds. The flat has ample storage, dishwasher and washing machine, wifi, freeview TV, family board games and balcony. Key-box for check-in at any time. The flat is my home that I rent it out when I’m abroad, so whilst I’m probably biased, I think it’s great! It does also mean that I leave dried foods, pasta, tins, teas, coffees etc in the larder cupboard. You're more than welcome to help yourself to whatever you want.
I've been hosting my property on Airbnb and Booking since late 2020 and love ensuring my guests have a great stay. I've had exclusively 5 star ratings on Airbnb and am now very proud to be a Superhost!
Plenty of restaurants to enjoy in the local area and especially busy over the Wimbledon tennis fortnight. There are three supermarkets on the main high street as well as a launderette, taxi company, flower shops, chemists and plenty of other shops. It's a 7 minute walk to Wimbledon Park and a 15 minute walk to the beautiful and very large Wimbledon Common. Southfields tube station is 3 minutes walk from the flat. This is on the district line. There are also buses going towards Clapham Junction (approx 15-20 mins) and also up to Wimbledon Village (approx 10 mins) from the main high street. Free, off-street parking is available by putting our visitor parking permit in the car on arrival. Southfields tube station is 3 minutes walk from the flat. This is on the district line.
