“We had a fabulous stay here. The annex is comfortable, well equipped, quiet but only a few minutes walk from the town centre and almost opposite the rear entrance to Ayscoughfee Hall (well worth a visit - free).

Self contained annex. Double bed plus additional double pull down bed in lounge. Off road parking. Very close to town center. Suitable for a couple or two people sharing. Not suitable for four persons.
Two minutes walk to the town center. Close to Ayscoughfee Hall Museum and gardens. Neighborhood is residential. Shops, restaurants and take-aways nearby. Ayscoughfee Hall tennis courts are across the road. Booking for courts is free and online through LTA booking site.
