Hello! I'm Jade. You can often find me juggling the joys of motherhood with my two energetic boys, alongside managing our six properties and ensuring all our guests feel welcomed. This certainly keeps life exciting and full of surprises. Rescuing animals is a cause that holds a special place in my heart, and it brings me immense joy to help them find loving homes. I also have a passion for interior design, which allows me to channel my creativity in unique ways. I enjoy assisting Airbnb hosts in creating inviting and comfortable spaces. Striking a balance between being helpful and respecting guests' privacy is very important to me. The space Our Ground floor Flat is lovely and spacious with two double bedrooms that are comfortable and cosy. There is a family bathroom and separate wc and sink. There is dining table set for 4 however extra stools can be found in the cupboard with a high chair. Two sofa beds convert the spacious lounge into an extra sleeping area, if you are arriving late please let us know and we can get these made up for you The bedrooms both have smart TVs and you'll find fresh white linen and towels available for each guest. There is a huge smart tv with virgin cable in the living room for you to enjoy a great family film and there is a few games in the cupboard too even on the rainiest days there is something to do. The kitchen is compact but functional so you can whip up something delicious, there is a washer dryer if you need to wash anything. We do provide a few washing pods however we do suggest bringing your own if you have sensitive skin. Theres a dishwasher we supply a few tablets for you. Oven and electric hob, pans, tassimo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, air-fryer and a fridge freezer. Theres a high chair always available and travel cot however please request this for your stay. The walk to shops, bars and cafes is less than a minute so you can eat and socialise at the trendy ocho lounge or if you fancy a nice meal there are loads of restaurants to choose from. A walk to Cardiff bay over the garage is lovely too. Theres a large park there for Children if you wanted to go local. Hot water is located in the cupboard in the hallway and you will need to switch this on when arriving, we try not to keep it on when the apartment is not being used to help with our sustainability. Penarth is a Great location for visiting cardiff and all the links make it super convenient for getting around south wales.

Penarth was voted the best place to live by the sea in 2023 by the times. It's truly a beautiful town and offers so much as well as being so close to cardiff. Fancy a walk to cardiff? Walk over the Cardiff Bay Barrage or even get the boat over to cardiff bay. Its a really convenient place to stay without driving in the city centre, with bus and train routes on the doorstep you really don't have to go far to get around. In Less than 60 seconds you can get to some pretty great bars, restaurants and cafes. You won't be disappointed with this stay it really does have everything. Close to Barry and other motorway links, it's a great base for viewing south wales. Theres something for everyone
