A modern, stylish apartment located in Cleethorpes right on the beach! Perfectly suited for families or business travellers, our modern retreat comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests. The space is modern, warm and spacious, and has all the amenities you’d need for your stay, including super-fast WiFi and a 55” Smart TV. The property boasts two beautifully designed bedrooms, with a king sized bed in the first bedroom that can be converted to two single beds, and two single beds in the second bedroom. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed which guests can request to be made in advance of their stay. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the amenities you’d need for a comfortable stay, including microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, fridge freezer as well as a washing machine with washing powder provided. There is free on-street parking directly outside the property and on the side streets. We offer discounts on longer term stays so please get in touch to discuss your requirements. We can’t wait to host you! If you would like to bring a pet, please let us know in advance so that we can inform our cleaners. There will be a small pet fee. We do have a travel cot available - please contact us at the time of booking.
