The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric double oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and ice cream maker, and a living/dining room with Smart TV, electric fire, and dining seating for six guests. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a front balcony with furniture, a communal garden with furniture as well as designated parking place for one car. Within 0.5 miles you will find a shop, within 0.9 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles, a beach and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property.
