This charming fully renovated Edwardian terraced house , built in 1906 offers three spacious double bedrooms, two reception rooms and a fully fitted kitchen with dining area. There is gas central heating and a sheltered , sunny , walled garden with patio and garden furniture for alfresco dining . The main bedroom has a king size bed and a sunny aspect with a view to the sea along the road . The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has twin single beds . There is a wet room downstairs with toilet and shower and hand basin and upstairs is another bathroom with a full size bath /shower and basin and separate toilet . Comfortable well equipped accommodation ideal for families or small groups . Just a short walk down Clarence road leads you to lovely cliff-top gardens and Gorleston's glorious sandy beach ,voted by Tripadvisor as No1 beach in the UK. Old fashioned sea-side experience with easily accessible boating lake , theatre , sea swimming with lifeguards cafe's and restaurants . Take a long walk or cycle along the paved promenade . visiting restaurants or just take in the fresh sea air .The river Yare enters the North Sea at Gorleston so watch ships come and go daily in the port . The High Street boasts an array of shops , pubs , hairdressers and the like whilst the major supermarkets are all represented nearby . From the Anchorage you are ideally situated to go boating on the Broads , visiting Norwich or the Great Yarmouth fun packed seafront . Or visit Cromer in North Norfolk os Southwold to the south -so many places to see .
Sarah and Berend welcome you to lovely Gorleston on the Sunrise Coast . We enjoy providing a good comfortable base to explore Norfolk's beautiful beaches and the Broads National Park . We are Nature lovers and enjoy sea swimming and local history .
Just a short distance away is the High Street with useful shops , cafe's and a cinema . On the cliff top you will find a large children's playground , tennis courts , bowling green and fitness trim track . Some of the nearby attractions include : The Medieval city of Norwich Southwold on the Suffolk coast Great Yarmouth -Pleasure beach , Time and Tide Museum , Venetian boating area , Historic Quay Africa Alive -animal park Pleasurewood Hills Easy access to the Broads and wildlife and boating trips Burgh Castle -Ancient Roman Fort Horsey and Waxham seal colonies
