This self-contained, private annex has a separate entrance and is attached to our family home. It is situated in the heart of the South Downs National Park and is to be found at the end of a one mile drive on a private equine estate near Graffham. Postcode is GU28 0QJ. Surrounded by trees and paddocks, The Annex is quiet and peaceful and is a perfect short stay or holiday location for families and friends. Dogs are welcome. Areas to run, walk, cycle or horse ride are plentiful :)
Hi, I'm Oliver Hancock and I am the owner of The Hideaway and welcome! I feel lucky to have found this spot in the world and you will see what I mean if you come. It is very peaceful and calming with large open spaces - good for the mind and the body! I manage the farm in all its various and diversified aspects and am keen for busy people to come and unwind here. I guarantee it will do you good :) I look forward to seeing you. OH
The South Downs National Park is the newest national park in the UK. HQ and visitor centre is in Midhurst which is 12 minutes by car. It is a rural location in the south of England, dominated by pretty market towns, large estates and farming. An area of outstanding natural beauty, there and miles and miles of public footpaths and bridleways for you to explore. You can also see the sea from the top of the South Downs. When skies are clear, the stars are "out of this world!"
