The Annexe At The Old Mill is located within our recently renovated home. This ground floor space offers everything you need for your visit to West Cornwall. Great care has been taken in creating a relaxing and homely space which we hope you will enjoy during your stay. As you can see from the photos The Annexe is a well equipped studio apartment consisting of an open plan lounge with sofa bed (a small double for up to 2 young children), dining room, kitchen and bedroom with a separate shower room. Facilities include: Lounge - wall mounted TV, Wii games console, WiFi. Kitchen - undercounter fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, combination microwave oven, ceramic hob, crock pot, pots & pans, crockery & cutlery and a Tassimo coffee machine as well as tea, coffee, sugar and sauces. Please note there is no oven or washing machine. Bedroom - King-size bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and hairdryer. Bathroom - Large walk in shower cubicle, lighted mirror with shaving point, storage cupboard. The Annexe also benefits from a private and fenced garden and patio area. Guests also have exclusive use of a charcoal BBQ and garden sofa set. Parking is to the rear of the main mill building and access is via the rear garden. Entry to the Annexe is via it's own private entrance with keypad entry system. Further details will be provided prior to arrival.
