The annexe is a two-bedroom converted animal barn situated across the driveway from the owner's home. The property was converted in 2004 and retains lots of original features. It overlooks fields and open countryside but has good road access to nearby towns, villages and public transport. On the ground floor is Bedroom 1 with super kingsize bed (can be split into two singles on request), a bathroom with bath and shower over, well equipped kitchen diner and separate living area. The first floor has a mezzanine area with a sofa bed and bean bag, bedroom two with twin beds and a toilet and shower room. Guests have access to part of the gardens and there is a table and chairs for guests private use next to the pond and overlooking fields.
Hi! I'm Wendy and I live with my husband and three children in this beautiful part of Kent. I like to explore, try new foods and meet new people.
The Annexe is conveniently located for National Trust properties, Headcorn Aerodrome, golf courses, Leeds Castle, Kent & Sussex Steam Railway, the lovely market towns of Cranbrook and Tenterden and much more. 30 minutes from the Channel Tunnel and 40 minutes to the nearest beach. There are many lovely countryside walks from the doorstep and several good pubs in the area.
