Ian & Vanessa at Grundy's Lane Properties have two fabulous apartments in Malvern Wells to offer you. Both have been renovated with visitors to this fabulous area in mind. They are spacious and modern both with private outside spaces and parking. Malvern is such a hidden gem and we are pleased to be able to offer you, the visitor, a wonderful base from which to explore the hills, town and surrounding area. For work or pleasure you wont be disappointed.

Property information

The Balcony Apartment sleeps four people in two double bedrooms, one with king size bed and one with an ensuite shower room. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower over. There is a wonderful kitchen with dining area leading to a fabulous balcony overlooking the nearby memorial garden and water well. There is a sizeable living room with comfortable corner sofa, TV with Freeview channels and free Wifi throughout the apartment. The Courtyard Apartment sleeps six people in three double bedrooms, one with an ensuite shower room. There is a family bathroom with shower cubicle and roll top bath with shower tap. There is a wonderful kitchen with dining area. A sizeable living room with sofa, easy chairs, TV with Freeview channels and patio doors which open to a fabulous private, walled and gated courtyard overlooking the nearby memorial garden and water well. Free Wifi is provided throughout the apartment.

Neighbourhood information

Situated over-looking the beautifully maintained and Lottery funded Memorial Garden and The Jubilee Fountain. Also, with views of The Old Fire Station, opposite and further reaching towards the Severn Vale, Bredon Hill and towards the Cotswolds. From the A449 Wells Road, taking a right turn, you can reach Malvern town with all of it’s amenities in a 5 min drive. By taking a left you can reach British Camp in 6 mins with parking and access to the Hills. Opposite you will find The Malvern Hills Hotel and a great snack bar called Sally’s Place which has outdoor seating. The wonderful Market town of Ledbury can be reached by continuing on this road for a further 13 mins. The quaint riverside town of Upton Upon Severn is a 11 min drive from the apartment and also well worth a visit. There is a convenience called McColls open 6am-9pm which is about a 8 min walk heading towards Malvern on the main road. In the opposite direction heading toward Ledbury there is a petrol station with post office opposite which can be reached in a few minutes. The Cottage in the wood is just a 4 min drive or 8min walk toward Malvern on the left and is a must for a treat or special occasion.
