A well appointed four bedroom townhouse only a short distance from the depths of York City Centre, with plenty of places to eat and nearby city centre shopping. The property boasts four bedrooms, a modern kitchen and dining area and living room. The property comprises: A living room with TV allows seating for everyone staying, a well appointed kitchen, four double bedrooms and a family bathroom. The living/dining room has a sofa bed. The property sleeps up to twelve people in various configurations in bedrooms where the beds can be adjusted to suit (single or double) upon request in many cases. Luxury bedding and new, comfortable hotel standard beds. A pre-arrival rental contract will need to be signed once your booking has been made. Parking is on street. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are on the first floor with Bedroom 4 on the ground floor accommodating sofa beds to provide another social room if desired. Once booked with us you will receive an electronic contract for signature. The property is in a busy area of York. On street parking is on a first come first served basis on nearby streets not directly outside the property for which guest passes may be available.
