Company information

40 something welsh mum of two with a love of nature and interior design. We live on the site but will ensure your complete privacy and are around if you need anything or have any problems. The key will be left in a key safe for your arrival for you to check in.

Property information

The Burrow, by Blake View holidays, is a brand new space, converted from an old stables. The Burrow is so called because of it's cosy space and as a nod to the rabbits who live on the land. The Burrow has a super-king size bed which can be split into 2 singles, a large shower and a relaxing living room/dining area to kick back after a day in the fells. There is a private patio area, along with the use of a south facing paddock. There is plenty of wildlife in the local area and often in the garden. We have a resident pheasant, red squirrels and if your lucky you will see the family of deer that live nearby.

Neighbourhood information

Rowrah is a tiny hamlet on the outskirts of the National Park with easy access to the C2C Cycle track and plenty of walking routes in the local area including the Wainwrights. There is a excellent brewery that sells local ales and food only five minutes walk from the property. We are 2 miles from Ennerdale, 9 from Cockermouth and 7 miles from Whitehaven.
