We will do our best to make your stay an enjoyable one. We will ensure your comfort and needs are met to a high quality standard. The Countryman is beautiful Victorian Hotel/B&B and was built in 1900 and is one of the main focal points of Camelford. The Countryman is a traditional hotel, full of charm and character. Visitors said they loved the original features and the warm welcome they received throughout their stay. We decided to live in Cornwall because we loved visiting here ourselves as holiday makers. It is the most amazing place to live. We welcome travelers, to experience for themselves this hidden market town of Camelford and its amazing people.

Neighbourhood information

The Hotel is located on the edge of Camelford, and is just a short walk away from this picturesque historical market town. Camelford makes an excellent base from which to explore North Cornwall; we are only ten minutes drive from the spectacular Cornish Coastal Footpath and five from breathtaking Bodmin Moor.
