The Cowgatehead Residence is a delightful property in Edinburgh. This property is on the 3rd floor and does not have access to a lift. The flat sleeps 2 comfortably in the double bedroom with a standard size double bed. Please note: the 2 x single beds are camp beds and therefore not fixed to one room. An additional 2 people can be accommodated on these camp beds. Please note if you have booked for 2 guests but require use of a camp bed, or have booked for 3 guests but require use of both camp beds, there will be a small additional charge. Please note we do not provide hypoallergenic bedding at our properties. This property doesn't come with free parking but there is limited paid street parking in local area. The nearest private parking facilities are situated at the NCP Car Park at Holyrood Road. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old.
