Although this bedsit is part of our house, it has a private entrance from the outside with an internal door leading to the main house which is kept locked. We are a quiet, friendly family and respect the privacy of our guests at all times. The space comprises of a double bed in a downstairs room with coffee table, 2 armchairs and adjoining kitchen, shower and toilet. The small kitchen allows for light cooking and food preparation. Although you are welcome to use the grassy area near the bedsit entrance, this is not fenced off or private. Please be aware that our lovely dog Pippa may want to say hello or you may see us popping over to the greenhouse or outbuildings. There is a large parking area with plenty of space for your vehicle.
We are a friendly, respectful family and will do our utmost to ensure your stay is pleasant. We will be on hand if you have any questions but will leave you to enjoy your stay.
There are plenty of places to visit during your stay although you will need a car. The bedsit is situated on A39 (Atlantic Highway) with easy access to Cornwall and North Devon. An ideal stop off for longer trips en route to or from Cornwall, or as a short getaway. Please note that it is not safe to walk along the A39.
