The house was built in 1900 in the style of a typical London terrace it has large rooms with high ceilings, a utility room separate to the kitchen. There is a bathroom upstairs with a shower and a shower room downstairs.
Stratford as Victorian and Edwardian terraced homes, preserving a strong sense of historical charm. There have been new residential developments that with similar architecture but with modern styles. It has great transport links with a 15 minute walk to Stratford station or 5 mins on the bus (with several bus or train routes to the docks, Canary Wharf , Canning Town, Hackney, central London or Dalston). It links the Central and Jubilee lines, Docklands Light Railway (DLR), and National Rail. Reach Heathrow airport in under an hour using the Elizabeth line or City airport on the DLR
