Please note that the property is accessed via an unpaved road that may be unsuitable for some vehicles. The immediate access from the road is shared with a small holding operating a dairy unit, there may be cows crossing at times.
Both bedroom suites can accommodate a cot for a baby, but the open-plan stairs are not suitable for toddlers and young children.
Please note this is a working farm and there may be disturbances during the day/evening at certain times of the year.

A damage deposit of £100 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
