Newly built house in a fantastic location. Just a 1 minute drive to Brands Hatch Race Course, on top of the Kent downs & 25 mins to London Greenwich by car. Private large double room with en-suite bathroom for up to 2 people. Electric EV charging available (extra charge) High speed full fiber WIFI Spacious, comfortable and quiet double room at front of house . Lovely En-Suite shower room and toilet. self check-in and discrete entry to your room. Underfloor heating throughout and cool in the Summer. Tea & coffee making facilities. There is no fridge, however we do provide UHT milk.

We been hosting for many years and have created a purpose built guest room offering Hotel standards. Our Family consists of 4 plus a few Labradors.

Leafy quiet lane just off the A20. Very quiet for a great night sleep. Award winning Indian restaurant 2 min walk. " pubs in the village plus a Coop, Deli, etc. Transportation is highly recommended If you need a taxi, a local taxi company "AMP cars" can help. If you do come by train the nearest station is Swanley (has a taxi stand called Swantax) or Eynsford Station(no taxi stand). Local Postcode of "The Otters" is TN15 6BL
