    The room was large with a lovely bath in it, plus en-suite shower/toilet. Enjoyed the fairy lights too. Toiletries provided were good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Located in Wooler, you can literally walk for miles in un spoilt Northumbrian Countryside as you walk out of your cottage doorstep or hotel accommodation. A 5 mile drive will take you to Thrunton Woods (also great for mountain biking) which has 3 designated walks and a further 5 miles away you will numerous walks in the Simonside hills within the Northumberland National Park.
