The Regency sea view apartment is beautifully situated with a great view to the sea . You can smell the salt in the air from the open windows. The high ceilings give the apartment a sense of grandeur and the beautiful chandeliers are a wonderful feature.There is a large wall mounted flat screen television and WIFI throughout. Leading off from the bright and airy lounge is the fully equipped kitchen with seating area . The decoration is of a French theme all throughout ..There are 2 bedrooms one with a kingsize and 1 with a double bed and plenty of hanging space . The front bedroom just like the lounge has a beautiful view to the sea. There is a bathroom with a bath and shower above the bath.

The Regency seaview apartment is situated in quirky vibrant Kemptown,Just a short stroll to many fine cafes and restaurants .You will also find many independent pubs on your doorstep and a great flea market and local shops.Just at the end of the road is the glorious sea and only a few minutes away the nostalgic Brighton Pier. To walk into town is not far where you will find The Famous Lanes full of quirky one of shops and cafes etc . Also if you fancy a flutter on the horses Brighton Race course is also very close by . !!
