The property has a strictly no party policy, should the maximum number of people per
property be exceeded without pre authorisation, guests will be charged.
The credit or debit card used for booking must be presented on arrival. Guests must also
provide a valid passport , driving licence or other photographic identification matching the
name of the customer on the card. Photo identification may also be required from all
accompanying guests.
Apartments should be left in a reasonable good condition, if additional cleaning is required
the cost of this will be charged to the guest.

A damage deposit of £150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
