The fine print

Tenants will receive property access instructions prior to arrival.
Tenants who wish to come earlier than 4 PM on arrival or stay later than 11 AM during the departure has to be prior arranged with property manager, subject to availability.
The lead tenant must be 21 years or older and will be required to present a valid photo ID and payment card upon arrival.
Additional cleaning can be requested for an additional fee of GBP 50. Daily cleaning is not included in the price.
A damage deposit of GBP 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by card and will be reimbursed on check-out subject to an inspection of the property.
A penalty fee of GBP 150 will be charged if guests are found smoking in the apartments. Smoking is allowed on the terraces and designated areas.
A luggage service can be arranged for an additional fee.
