The Vicarage is our newly refurbished luxury property in Tooting. Very well located, we're 7 minutes walk from the Northern line at Tooting Broadway. Our aim is to be a welcoming and peaceful place, an oasis of calm in the city. The Vicarage is an ideal base in London - whether you’re travelling on holiday, take the tube into Central London, or work remotely. We have residents working in different fields - healthcare, marketing and recruitment. It’s a great place to enjoy getting to know others, to work from home or to find time to relax in your room. Come and stay with us if you’d appreciate a stay in a friendly, independently run, local historic property!

Tooting is a vibrant area in South London. The high street is v eclectic, with brand-name stores as well as cool independents in the tooting market and some of London’s most authentic Indian restaurants.
