Perfectly located just steps from the beautiful beach and iconic Eastbourne Pier, The Pier Hotel is your ideal base for a seaside escape. With a wide range of restaurants, bars, and cafés within a 4-minute walk—including a nearby Tesco Express—you’ll have everything you need close by. Start your day with our delicious English buffet breakfast, served daily from 8:00 to 10:00. While we don’t have a bar or restaurant on-site, the vibrant Eastbourne Promenade is just a short stroll away with plenty of great options. Relax in our cosy rooms, each featuring a TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, ironing equipment, and a private bathroom with a hairdryer for your comfort. We offer H zone parking permits (during reception hours) for £2.35, valid until 11:00 AM the next day (subject to availability). Reception is open from 14:00 to 22:00, with check-out by 10:00. Late check-in is available for an additional charge. Please note that we are currently unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out.
