It has three bedrooms: one super king-size (zip/link), one king-size and one single, served by a family bathroom and a ground floor cloakroom with basin and WC. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, and an open-plan living room and dining area with a woodburning stove. Outside has a front and rear patio area with furniture. Off-road parking is available for two cars. Tinners Rest is an excellent cottage for those family breaks to Cornwall. Please note: This property does not accept 1 night bookings
