Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Spacious 3 bedroom bungalow located just minutes away from the beautiful North Norfolk coast, famous local beaches as well as the Sandringham and Holkham Estates. Lovely Pubs, bakery and shops are located approx. 4 mins. drive away. Ideal location for bird watching, seaside breaks, family holiday. The house is spacious and well equipped with ample private parking, great outside space, secure storage for bikes, roof box etc

Quiet village offering easy access to all of the North Norfolk coast. Tobijo makes an excellent base whatever your passion, whether you are looking for an active walking or water sports holiday, coming to see the seasonal bird migrations, enjoying a long weekend for one of the many Royal Sandringham Estate events or just coming to kick back and chill. Huge footpath network starting literally from the end of the drive. Your first geocache is just 5 mins walk away! The nearest beach is approx 2 miles away, with the well known beaches of Old Hunstanton, Holme, Thornham and Wells all within 35 minutes drive. A 2 mile drive brings you to the nearest RSPB Nature reserve. Park/Deer Farm with petting experience is a 20 min walk from the front door. 10 minutes drive from Tobijo you can visit Norfolk Lavender and the attached Farmer Fred's soft play; Bircham Windmill for your indulgent bakery stop; Sandringham Estate for a slice of royalty or coffee and cake at the cafe. Food shops, lovely pubs, restaurant cafe/bakery and chemist are within approximately 20 minutes walk. The restaurant is a real treat for foodies, however it’s busy and requires booking in advance.
