Flat in a town residence retaining an array of period features located in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa. The package includes a double bedroom, an open living/dining/kitchen area and a bathroom. 45 SQ M of living space, the apartment is located in the heart of Royal Leamington Spa, 3 minutes away from the main the Parade street (main town high street), 1 minute away from shops, cafés and restaurants and near public transports (8 minutes away from the Train station). Warwick University, Jaguar Land Rover, Stafford-upon-Avon and Birmingham are located 20-25 minutes away by car. Entrance is direct from Portland street. The apartment is located on a ground floor and the access is suitable for children and people with low mobility. Parking is available on Portland street, alongside the building and also on Portland, Portland Place East, Portland Place West - all adjacent. A visitor parking permit is provided.
