Ty Ni consists of a kitchen equipped with electric Rangemaster with oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer and a living/dining room with seating for eight guests, a Smart TV and electric stove-effect fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor twin with en-suite shower room and an additional ground-floor twin, as well as a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, as well as off-road parking for four cars. Within 0.7 miles, you will find a shop and within 1.6 miles, a pub and within 2.1 miles, a beach and please note that three well-behaved dogs are welcome (to be kept downstairs and out of the bedrooms) but sorry, no smoking.
