A unique home in central Durham, close to train station and city. 1930s semi in a quiet location with driveway parking. Only 0.4 miles from the central station. A cosy, comfortable home with original features and a large garden. Riverbank walks, the historic city centre, shops, restaurants and Durham Cathedral, a UNESCO world heritage site, on the doorstep. There is pub 5 mins walk from the house with dining and outdoor seating. Short drive to coastal walks or take the train and metro! The space The downstairs living area comprises a sitting room with TV, a kitchen diner with snug area, and a large conservertory with a tiled roof making it a lovely place to sit and relax which doesn't get too hot. The conservertory leads onto a large garden with seating space. The kitchen has a wide range of cooking utensils and crockery as well as a double oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge and a freezer. The dining table comfortably seats six and an ikea high chair is available on request. Upstairs there are three bedrooms.
