We manage 3 properties in central London for more than 10 years now, always seeking for our guests' complete satisfaction and comfort. Even though we run a self check in process and do not have a reception on site, we have a very recognized responsive call centre that operates 18 hours per day and an on site administrative and maintenance team for 8 hours per day. We are always seeking for continuous improvements by adapting to our guests' needs.

Situated within a 15 minute walk of Paddington Station (underground / overground) and Portobello Road Market in the centre of London, Kensington Gardens features budget accommodation in self check-in studios with a kitchenette. The units are located in a very calmed and quiet square having a the same time several commercial options with international restaurants, supermarkets, pubs, handy shops and gift shops are situated just around the corner. The nearest underground stations are just within 5 minutes walk away (Bayswater and Queensway), making it very convenient to visit other touristic attractions such as The Natural History Museum or Picadilly Circus in less than 25 minutes. All units are fitted with a flat-screen TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, iron and iron board. The accommodation is non-smoking. London Heathrow Airport is located 40 minutes away by the Elizabeth Line, London City Airport is 55 minutes by the underground and London Gatwick is 1 hour and 20 minutes away by the underground / overground.
