Whitsun Cottage is a cosy, one bedroom Victorian cottage sleeping up to 3 guests; 2 guests within the 1st floor double bedroom, plus 1 on the lounge single sofa bed, recently converted to a high standard with a number of great space saving ideas to provide light and airy living. The main living area is open plan and cosy with a newly fitted kitchen equipped with integral washing machine, fridge, electric oven and hob and a breakfast bar with 2 stools for dining. The lounge area has a comfy sofa bed, with storage under and a wall mounted flat screen smart TV. The entrance hall has stairs leading to the 1st floor and an understairs cloakroom with an ingenious space saving toilet with wash hand basin over (see photos). At the top of the stairs the main high spec bathroom is well fitted with a close coupled toilet, wash hand basin with cupboard under and a space saving bath, plus a large soaker shower over. The main bedroom is light and airy with a part vaulted ceiling allowing additional natural light from a Velux roof window and accommodates a double bed with storage under, chest of drawers, set of shelves and an open hanging space. All linen and towels are provided. Additional linen and a mid week maid service is available on request at an additional charge. A child's cot and highchair are also available at no extra cost. Some of our properties have age restrictions, such as where we feel it would not be suitable for younger all adult groups, such as within quiet residential areas where noise may be an issue. All bookings are subject to Owners’ Discretion

Gosport is a small seaside peninsula in South Hampshire, situated on the western side of Portsmouth Harbour and opposite the Isle of Wight, which is visible over the waters of The Solent from Gosport’s unspoilt beaches. The town is linked to the city of Portsmouth on its eastern side via a short 4 minute ferry ride which docks between Portsmouth’s Historic Dockyard and Gunwharf Quays, which is a fabulous cosmopolitan retail area sat on the quayside with approximately 30 odd restaurants, cafes and bars where you can sit and watch the world and its boats pass by. Hampshire is one of Britain’s most unspoiled counties, with its coastline boasting some great seaside towns and resorts including the maritime cities of Portsmouth and Southampton, two of England’s largest and most historic ports, plus a cute bundle of picturesque villages and some of Britain’s most enchanting castles and great houses.
