A Stylish Studio apartment in Gudauri. The apartment is in a brand-new multifunctional building Roshka Gudauri on the 4th floor with elevator access. You will have a Stunning views from balcony on Gudauri mountains and ski routes. The apartment has a warm atmosphere and unique design. Its cozy, comfy and bright, with fully equipped kitchenette. A queen-sized bed and comfy double-sized sofa bed. Perfect choice for Family, friends & couples.

Roshka-Gudauri is located in the heart of Gudauri, it is near the ski run you don't need a car to get to the ski lifts. Near the house is couple of hotels and restaurant with exquisite restaurants and après-ski bars.
