A wonderful apartment near the sea in the quiet area of Kobuleti. Fresh renovations, no mold. All water in the house is additionally purified to drinking standards, with supply and exhaust ventilation, hypoallergenic Travertine wall coverings, new plumbing, underfloor heating, heating, always good hot water pressure. Glass packages - aluminum profile. The house is insulated. A full-fledged comfortable kitchen. Own green yard and parking, there is outdoor furniture. The apartment is very good at any time of the year!
Within walking distance from the house - the Black Sea:), the beach, the New embankment of Kobuleti, playgrounds and parks, shops, pharmacies, cafes, hospital. No active traffic near the house.
