We are a young family. Rental of apartments in Gudauri is our family business. We often go to European mountain ski resorts, so we understand very well the need of our guests for high-quality comfortable recreation and we know how to arrange it. We always try to provide the maximum cleanness and comfort in the apartments, to satisfy all desires of our guests before their arrival and during their stay. Besides the comfortable apartments, we organize the transfer for our guests, find reliable mountain ski and snowboarding instructors and help with equipment rental. We are in touch with our guests 24 hours.

In our apartments everything is made with loving care to our guests - you will find here always clean and fresh linen and towels, comfortable blankets and pillows, all the needed kitchen utensils up to corkscrew and wine glasses; if desired, you may easily make breakfast with aromatic coffee (we have seen to it too), lunch or dinner. Our apartments are your home away from home. Everything is made here for you.

Neighbourhood information

New Gudauri is a microdistrict at a same-name ski resort. It has a special secluded atmosphere. All the apartment buildings are not far from the lift Gondola, everything you need is within walking distance - restaurants, bars, cafes, rental center, casino, supermarkets, SPA-center. If you are up for a comfortable rest, then you definitely should come here.
