Located on the 2nd floor of the BWA CHIK Hotel and Golf ***, this charming duplex gives you access to all common areas (pool, deckchairs, catering, ...), without depending on the hotel (no access to your apartment by the maids, no management of your keys by the reception, ...). You therefore only pay the staff your possible consumption (bar, breakfast, ...); for the rest, all the rest, we will be your only interlocutors, at your disposal to make your stay an unforgettable experience! The apartment is air conditioned and composed as follows: - in the hallway: wardrobe, separate toilet, shower room - in the main room: rattan furniture including a sofa bed (two beds possible), fridge, flat screen TV, fan, direct access to the terrace with a beautiful view of the golf - on the terrace: equipped kitchen with microwave / grill, fridge, coffee maker DOLCE GUSTO, hotplates, washing machine, drying rack, 1 table and 4 chairs - Upstairs: bedroom of 12m2, bed 160, shelves, wardrobe, velux with blackout curtain.
Recently settled in Guadeloupe, in love with the island for years, we want to make it discover and love to its true value, as it deserves so much. Welcoming and open-minded, followers of simple pleasures and sincere human relationships, we are looking forward to welcoming you to our new home, to our new life ... We stay on the villa; very concerned about your tranquility and the respect of your privacy, we will remain at your disposal throughout your stay. Hope to see you soon !
Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the Marina of Saint François, you benefit from all its advantages (shops, beaches, supermarket, numerous bars and restaurants, ...), without suffering the noise pollution (the apartment is in 2 minutes walk). Saint-François has become a main tourist area of Guadeloupe. The site of the "Pointe des Châteaux" has been recognized by the Ministry of Ecology and Sustainable Development, as a unique biodiversity area. Saint-François is 30 kilometers of trails, 150 hectares of turquoise blue lagoon, and 35 kilometers of coastline. Labeled "France Station Nautique" since 2007, Saint-François gathers a large number of activities: kitesurf, funboard, surf, day cruises, kayak, ... Finally, how not to mention its Marina, its 18-hole international golf, parachuting school and paragliding, ... Enjoy your stay !
