Hello We are delighted to present to you our magnificent 160m2 villa for rent, as well as 2 very pretty 35 m2 studios. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (25m2) with 2 large beds 180x200 and 200x200 with her bathroom+ toilet. Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with 160x200 beds + 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. Fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kitchen island, coffeemaker, kettle etc., microwave, kitchen piano with large gas oven and 5 burners. Laundry room with lots of storage space + 9kg washing machine. Large living room with 8-seater sofa, large-screen TV. Also office area for those who need to work (also 1 in each downstairs bedroom). The whole house is equipped with fans integrated into the light fittings. On request: baby's bed (+ folding mattress and mosquito net), draw sheet and 1 fitted sheet (baby sheets not supplied), chair booster. Large terrace > 40m² with rattan corner sofa, large table with minimum 8 place settings. Ext house clothesline and classic drying rack. A few steps further down, a large swimming pool and 2 bungalows (35m² studios) for up to 3 people (in each gîte 1 double bed 160x200 and 1 bed 90x190). IMPORTANT: When the 2 bungalows (35m² studios) are rented independently we accept 2 people per bungalow max but when the 2 bungalows are rented with the house to one and same group or family(ies), each studio can accommodate up to 4 people...see ads. The bungalows: fully equipped with air conditioning, equipped kitchen, microwave and mini oven, refrigerator with freezer section, terrace, high-end bedding, a large 160x200 bed and bed 90x190, bathroom with shower The bungalows and the Villa overlook the swimming pool (equipped with an alarm) The villa and the 2 bungalows each have their opposite entrance Wooded grounds, exterior light, illuminated swimming pool, sun loungers.. Barbecues at your disposal! Deposit for Villa and/or bungalow by check required on arrival, not debited

We are at your disposal for any questions. Our villa and our bungalows are impeccably clean and we simply ask our tenants to respect the place and good humor. We want your stay to remain unforgettable and we do everything we can to make it so. We are in love with this place and love to share it...welcome is essential and we are always there to listen to you.
The district is calm and its geographical location on Grande Terre is very interesting since we are in the immediate vicinity of the most beautiful beaches. Also located at almost equal distance from Saint-François and Le Moule. Beaches, restaurants, shops, the spice market, local vegetable market + fresh fish caught the same morning, pharmacy, Leader Price etc ... everything is nearby ... maximum 5 minutes by car. A laundromat also 150m away.
