The 4th Floor apartment is located a stone's throw from the sea.
This is a completely private apartment of 30 sq.m. And you will not share it with anyone else. It is only 5 minutes from the sea in a safe area and a very protected building of the 70s.
The fourth floor of the building with a lift is ideal for one or three people.
The apartment consists of a room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony with a balcony. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave and oven with ceramic hobs. All kitchen equipment (glasses, plates, pots, kettle, coffee maker, toaster)
In the bathroom you will find shower, washing machine.
Air conditioning, hot water and free Wi Fi are provided.
