A 55 sq m apartment on the 1st floor of a two floor building, accessible through a wide stairway. Located in the center of Amarynthos, 230m from the nearest beach and 240m from the local market, coffee shops, restaurants & bars. In our property we promote green building practices ♻️ including the use of renewable energy through a commercial solar panel system, installation of energy-efficient windows and doors, installation of ceiling fans for better hot/ cold air distribution and use of recycling bins for all recyclable materials.
